From 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero grapes, with very gentle pressing of the Pinot Nero (vinified in part in rosé and in part in red) from the most suitable limestoneclay areas of Garda and Franciacorta, 35% of the must ferments in little white oak casks of a capacity of 228 litres.

SERVING TEMPERATURE 4 - 6 °C
COLOUR White foam and very fine perlage indicating excellent aging on the lees. Of a very delicate, soft antique pink, with an almost imperceptible hint that over time can give a slightly faded shade of pink.
PERFUME The bouquet is clear, fresh and essential. Aromas of small red fruits, currant and raspberry are accompanied by citrus nuances. Taste: Elegant in its harmony, extremely savory. Wide in taste and structure while maintaining excellent fragrance and freshness.
